How much space do you need?
We recommend a minimum 10′ × 10′ footprint for most setups. The 360° Badlands booth needs a 12′ × 12′ clear area. We always do a venue check beforehand so nothing is a surprise on event day.
When do you arrive and set up?
We arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time. Setup, testing, and styling are all handled by our team — you won't need to lift a finger. Teardown happens at the end of your rental window.
Do you travel outside Bismarck?
Yes — we serve events across North Dakota and beyond. Mileage outside Bismarck, Mandan, and Lincoln is $0.725/mile. Reach out and we'll confirm availability for your location.
How does booking work?
Submit an inquiry, we confirm availability, then you receive a contract and retainer invoice through HoneyBook. Your date is held once the retainer is paid. Full balance is due 30 days before your event. Booking within 30 days? An $80 rush fee applies.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We've operated 350+ events and our operators are trained for the unexpected. Every event is fully staffed — if anything needs attention, we handle it on the spot. You celebrate. We handle it.
Can guests share photos immediately?
